​Ripple Effect Records wasn’t created in a boardroom. It wasn’t funded by a label advance or backed by industry favors. It started with one artist, RONNI J, trying to figure it out. Balancing being a creator, a businessman, and a student of the game.
This label was born out of necessity. Out of late nights recording, learning the business, and realizing that waiting on someone else’s co-sign was never the answer.
Ripple Effect Records exists as an independent ecosystem. It’s a support system for artists who are serious about their craft. Not just artists chasing clout but artists willing to put the work in, artists who care about their sound, their growth, and the impact they leave behind.
It works when everybody works. When artists, producers, songwriters, and supporters show up with the same energy and belief in the bigger picture.
Ripple Effect Records is here for those who want to build something that lasts. For those who understand that every action, every song, every session, every connection, creates a ripple that travels further than we can see.

Being a creator you have to have faith and work ethics. It’s not hype. It’s alignment.Its knowing who you are and what you're set out to do.
Ripple Effect Records is A safe space for creatives who aren’t trying to mimic the industry. They’re trying to move beyond it. It’s for those who know their sound is spiritual. Who understands creativity as divine. Who make from the inside out.

Wave Seekers - I developed it because I knew there were artists and creators with real potential but no consistent outlet to be seen, heard, or sharpened. This platform became that outlet.
It’s where I work directly with artists, producers, videographers, photographers, creatives who move with purpose. Through content, interviews, development, and collaboration, Wave Seekers helps people show up fully and build something with weight.
One of the core experiences I created within the platform is the Creators Vibe Sesh. It’s not a showcase. It’s a hands-on, energy-driven space where music gets made, visuals get captured, and creative chemistry takes the lead. Artists connect with producers. Videographers meet talent. Photographers build their reels. It’s designed to spark momentum through collaboration and presence. No fronting. No ego. Just creators contributing what they do best.
Wave Seekers also serves as the front line for Ripple Effect Records. I pay attention to energy. If I see someone aligned with the vision, this is where we build that first layer of trust.
This platform is a launchpad for those who are already becoming and for those still finding their way. For the ones ready to move with intention and make their presence felt. Wave Seekers isn’t just a vibe. It’s a tool, a network, and a creative catalyst. Ride it right and it’ll carry you far.
